JenniferJennifer has always wanted become a multi-tasking celebrity. As a child Jennifer was a fan of many different kinds of music, but mostly Afro-Caribbean music like merengue salsa, and Bachata. She also loved mainstream music such as hip hop, pop and R&B. Although she loved music however, the movie industry fascinated her. The biggest influence on her was Rita Moreno musical, West Side Story (1961). At 5, Jennifer began taking singing and dancing lessons. Jennifer was also entertainer as well as a Catholic schoolgirl, attended eight years of Holy Family Catholic elementary school in The Bronx. After a four-year stay in the Bronx, she graduated from Preston High School, an all-girls prep school. Jennifer is a gifted athlete who was a part of track and field and tennis in school, was an outstanding pupil. In Castle Hill, she spent the majority of her time in a 2-story home. Jennifer was forced to leave her house at age was 18 and moved in with her parents. Lopez started working for legal firms in the morning and picked up dance jobs at night.
